Literacy Values - We believe it is our moral obligation to ensure that each child can read, write, speak, and listen
- We believe every teacher can employ literacy strategies as a pathway to student achievement in the content areas
- We believe that first students must learn to read, then read to learn
- We believe that within two to four years, by providing the necessary support for students and teachers, each and every student will read at grade level or above
